What shipping options are available?

We offer flexible shipping options including sea freight (reefer containers), air freight (temperature-controlled), and road freight for regional destinations. The mode depends on destination, product type, and urgency.
How do you maintain freshness during transit?

We use advanced cold-chain logistics — pre-cooling of produce, export-grade ventilated packaging, refrigerated containers, and real-time temperature monitoring. Our process ensures maximum freshness from farm to final destination.
What are the typical transit times?

Transit times vary by destination: Middle East (3–7 days sea, 1–2 days air), Southeast Asia (7–14 days sea), Europe (18–25 days sea). We recommend planning orders accordingly for optimal freshness.
Are your vegetables certified?

Yes. All our exports comply with international quality standards. We provide phytosanitary certificates, FSSAI compliance, and country-specific certifications as required. Organic and GlobalGAP certificates are available for select products.
How is quality checked before dispatch?

Every batch undergoes multi-stage quality inspection: farm-level screening, processing facility inspection (size grading, visual quality), packaging line checks, and pre-shipment inspection. We maintain lab testing records for pesticide residue compliance.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfers (T/T), Letters of Credit (LC), and other secure payment methods agreed upon in the sales contract. For new clients, T/T advance is typically required. Contact us to discuss terms.
Are prices inclusive of shipping?

Pricing depends on the agreed Incoterms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.). We can quote on any standard Incoterms basis. Please specify your preferred terms when requesting a quotation.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ varies by product. For most vegetables, the minimum is one full container load (FCL ≈ 18–22 MT depending on product). For air freight orders, smaller quantities are accepted. Contact us for product-specific MOQs.
